Hello, this morning. Was going to say ...GOOD morning, but it's not starting out that way. Lost another tooth. I'll never
open my mouth again. This is MY turn to be depressed.

Hate dental worries. HATE them. May the rest of the day be good.
Gorgeous day here too, Jamie. Happy day!
Morning Karen, and whomever all I have missed.
Went on bike ride yesterday, and did too much. Too many hills, and too much wind. We were only out for an hour, but I was hurting. Just as gorgeous today.
Today, yoga class this afternoon. I am also making a gluten-free chocolate pie. Let's hope it 'creams' properly-I used a light coconut milk.
Achey and trying to remain upbeat.

Hi all!!!
Sorry you lost a tooth Joyce. I hate dental problems. I hope you feel better soon...
Hi Myself, Sorry you over did it yesterday. I guess that is what the nice weather does to us. We think we are super woman. Ha!!! I have walked twice today. And want to go again, but don't want to over do either...
Hey Jamie, I hope you are getting sleep mate.
Watching Bate's Motel...

I almost forgot Joyce. When I was little we would go up to the upper peninsular in Michigan. I live in lower. We would stop at the roadside parks. They were gorgeous. Thanks for the memory...

Hi all! I have spent a lot of time thinking and I think I know better now what I need to do. My depression is at a peak, which is making me seclude myself. I recognize that as a not healthy expression of depression. I do feel a difference here, but some of that is due to a lot of the people who used to post here are gone or not here as often., including myself. There are a lot of "new" people that I don't know as well because I haven't been around. I plan on rectifying that.
Joyce, we are in the same boat. I was babysitting for my cousin and her toddler headbutted me in the mouth and actually broke my front tooth! I have medicaid and I am not sure if they will cover the repair. I hate dental issues.
Reysone, congrats on the engagement! That is wonderful!
Karen, everytime I see Bates Motel I think of Rob. He really liked that show.I haven't caught any of this season so I need to play catch up.
Myself, its hard to recognize your limits at times. I hope you gave yourself a break. Are you still getting a lot from your group? I do yoga, too. I really enjoy it.
Jamie, how is everything going? Staying healthy?
I saw my pain management dr last week. He's concerned because my back pain is moving up toward my neck now. Friday he cauterized the nerves on the right side of my back. He said my pain may be more than usual for the first couple weeks. I was supposed to come home and take it easy, but I ended up overdoing. I go back on the 23 to have the same procedure on the left side.
My stomach issues are still controlling my life. Its hard to go anywhere with my stomach all messed up. I did start a couple new meds so maybe they will help. Now if I could just get my pain pills to quit making me so itchy.
The geneticist I saw has ordered a bunch of tests for me to do. I am having lots of issues with my kneecaps dislocating. He wants me to be checked for osteoporosis and have an ultrasound on my kidneys. I need to have an opthamological appointment, too. They think I may have cataracts. I feel like my body thinks it is in its 70's!

Hey AV, Glad to see you post again. There is a thread called "chronic illness making me depressed" about
a member who has esophagus problems, I think you could give her some advice as you have that too. Just a thought on my part.
Joyce, thank you for the funnies again. I enjoy them a lot.
Hi Rey, Hi Jamie...

Karen, I posted. I tried to not make it sound really complicated and dumping too much on them at once. There are lots of possibilities to what is causing the problem. She needs a diagnosis.

Good Morning Everyone,
Joyce, enjoyed the groaner. Sorry about
your tooth. I hope you will feel better. Maybe put it under your pillow and see if the tooth fairy will stop by. Lol
AV, I hope the news meds will help you stomach. Sorry for everything you are going through. I hope things will get better.
Rey, congrats on your engagement!
pitmom, sometimes we need to just enjoy the moment. I'm glad you took time to enjoy spring.
Karen, I am actually doing good by myself. Weird but I am calm/relaxed compare to when my mom is around. I have adjusted well. How are you doing?
Myself, HT, Trina, AngelLisa, jan, Joan,, Jess, Michele, everyone else-hello.
Wishing everyone a good day!

Hi UA,
Hi AV,
UA, I am glad you are doing well. Maybe your mom causes you a little anxiety. I can sure relate to that. I hope you have a fantastic day!!!
AV, Thanks so much. I don't think a lot of us are familiar with what she is going through like you are. You are so sweet to post. By the way, how are the kids? Just curious...
Luv and hugs,

Afternoon Everyone, Hope everyone is having a great day so far!
I'm still in my blue mood, don't understand why this is looming over my head, I'm tired of it and it can go away anytime. I have group therapy today, we are talking about
depression so it is good that I go today, as might find something to help out.
Today is my grandson's 5th birthday, had his party at the park last night, he ended up with 3 remote control cars, lol. Owell he loved each and everyone of them. Not many showed up, but my grandson had fun and so that is all that matters.

Hi there, Jamie...glad you had success yesterday.
My day was so-so. Saw the oral surgeon about
my (lack)of teeth. She was full of options...too many for me to absorb. Costs ranged from $2,500 to $25,000.
Yah, shur...
Anyway...will have consultation with another on Wednesday, and will take husband with me (to help me remember)!
Time now to face another day. See you later.

Yesterday was 'full throttle' in the garden. Today it is raining. Forced day off! Good thing as I don't know when to say when! Cut my pinky yesterday, first blood of the season! Doesn't need stitches but nasty all the same. Typing has been interesting! Got a new fountain, on clearance! The finishing touch I think!
Meds are doing well. I'm still not sleeping a full night but, I feel more rested at least from what I do get. Most important, I am dreaming again! Considering that the body heals in the REM cycle, dreaming means I've reached that stage for healing!
Hope everyone has a pleasant day!
