Worn out!!

Rainy day. Stopped at the gym on my way home. Made a nice cappuccino and watching the news. I am trying to be consistent with my exercise regimen. I feel so much better when I get active at least 4 times a week. I took a hiatus for the past few months (no real reason), and am delighted to get back.

Aside from the usual pains and aches and low energy, I have had a sore mid-back for the past few weeks. I keep hoping the work-outs will help, but so far there is no change. It is nearing time to make an appointment: I cannot write this off much longer.

Anxious. AlAnon meeting tomorrow.

NICE. thx joyce. been in bed all day. had to regather myself a tad. i'm behind on everything but i needed the rest. i am doing a few things now. well doing hw, some floyd and a coffee. sent one e-mail. it's a start!!!! love ya's.

Karen, the kids are doing well. My son got in trouble friday but it wasn't a big deal. The bell had rung for the kids to start going to the pick up area to go home and his teacher was trying to assign some homework. He was more than ready to go so he was busy getting his things ready and missed what she said. She caught him at the door and told him to repeat her instructions, he couldn't so he got a write up. It hurt his feelings, he really doesn't want to get in trouble because it embarrasses him but I think he got the message that the teacher dismisses the class and not the bell.

The kids birthdays are next month and they are so excited. My mom may come up with my niece and nephews for the party. That would be wonderful because since they moved we haven't seen them since Christmas and kids grow so fast that I feel like I missing out on their childhood. I am bit worried because mom wants to stay at my apartment. I have ocd and living on my own has made that worse. Plus, I love my mom but she can drive me crazy.

I can't remember if I mentioned that I got the nerves on the right side of my back cauterized last week. For the first few days my back actually felt normal but the pain has come back strong. I'm hoping that getting the left side done next week will help. The procedure is a bit scary to me because they actually stick a syringe all the way in until it touches your spine. It hurts and you can not move because that could do damage.

My stomach problems are a big problem. I am still vomiting up to 40 times a day. I am living off protein shakes because my stomach will actually digest those sometimes. I am still trying a few different medications but so far I am not seeing any changes.I guess the positive side is that if I can only digest those shakes then my throat swelling shut won't be such a big deal. Its easy right now to get very depressed. I can't really go anywhere because of my stomach and I don't feel like having company because of the vomiting. On top of it, the stomach problems have caused some dramatic weight loss. I'm down 43 lbs in almost 2 months. A cousin of mine dropped something off for me yesterday and then later on facebook she was posting that I'm bulimic. That was very hurtful. She says she was just joking and that I need a sense of humor. That makes me want to just hide out. I am scared about my future because I don't know what we are going to do if we can't get my digestive issues under control. Its not healthy.

Jamie, as always I hope you are getting restful sleep today (tonight).

AV, you have had so much going on since I have known you. I hope the vomiting subsides so you can get some nutrition. I hate to see you losing that much weight. What your cousin said surely didn't help you feel any better. Maybe she didn't think of how you would feel. Some people are clueless. Hang in there sweetie...

stuff all sleep. productive day. spent an hour or so with marty. he's an old fella down the street. as he says 'i am knockin' on 90'. still mows his and other neighbours lawns. he has been my bin santa. and for most of the street. he lost his wife a few years ago, thus i like to take time for him. he is very interesting, kind and a true gentleman. been to chemist, done dishes, washing, mopped toilet. good stuff. morning all.

Good thing caffeine helps speed pain medicine since caffeine can also make one more sensitive to pain to begin with! At least that is what my physical therapist told me.

AV, I seriously hope the tummy troubles end soon! Wish people would think before they make hurtful comments. I've shared that all of my surgical scars made me feel like Dr. Frankenstein's practice dummy. Made me not want to go out in public. Started 'hating' my hands and arms. So, I totally get the 'I don't want to go out.' thing.

Busy work-week for me. I'm tired and exhausted.
Funeral for my BIL nice should be Saturday. The body is expected to arrive here in Trinidad today.

I didn't know that caffeine too. I guess I learned something new today.

Miseribly stupid today....husband still overseas, daughter was supposed to come home and didn't call .me until 3 pm to say she wasn't which threw me for a loop because I was outta food and she was supposed to bring home a pizza, so ordered online from pizza hut, require to much info for a pizza, and I ordered it too big and wanted only 1 order or the chocolate dessert and ordered 2, plus I wanted it well done and it wasn't and I did ask for that and ended up paying more than if daughter had brought it home...so sat on floor crying and so upset that I had a hard time today...
My brothers always called me stupid so I guess I proved them right today...I hope I can make it through another week..its so very hard.
Oh and don't order the herseys chocolate dessert from pizza hut its aweful...
Bad day, aweful, plus I can't get the mail because of the thunderstorm, mail boxes are at the end of the street a good walk away...
Sorry for ranting....
