you know, we all actually know. we know how far we fall, our have fallen, we know despair, sadness trauma and pain. we know loss, stress and heavy burdens, we know physical pain and illness. we know the debiltation of depression, we know the hardship on relationships, work and family, we know these things. we know them all too well.

what we need to know is that we do not have to know all of these things all of the time. too much attention is on these things. so they are there, yes we accept and acknowledge, but not to allow it to be a steady focal point is what is required. i feel that more of just a mind dump is required. how we achieve this is the 64 million dollar question. just thinking out allowed. for myself, and for you all.

know that each of us are all remarkable beings. it is the mind, it can be reset, and in a way that is unique and positive for us all. so, it is the wee hours, thinking time. change is apart of our lives, why not our mind as well?

I can't find my red RESET button! Dang!

There is a narrative we all seem to follow wether it is what we expect or what others expect of us, niether matter. We allow the narrative to play out as if stuck in a demension of re runs. The narrative becomes all we know and changing the narrative seems utterly depressingly unattainable in part for me is the fear of deviating from the known narrative. I'd like to strangle the narrator sometimes.

Lets edit the narrator and write out own play.....
