Psychiatrist

My psychiatrist is a very hard person to get a hold of but I finally did and he spent and hour and a half with me! I can't believe he took that much time with me. I really needed it but in my experience usually 15 mins is the tops with a psych doc.

Anyway... so I have issues.... a lot of them.. lol He thinks I might have fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue. I've often though I had chronic fatigue because of my symptoms but I went to a rheumatologist for a year and he ruled out both. My psych says sometimes they can be wrong. Who knows? So he's starting me on a new med.. praxosan or something like that.. not sure of the name?

It's Prazosin that he prescribed me. I think it was originally supposed to be for high blood pressure but they also use it to help with PTSD and nightmares. Although, I rarely have nightmares.. the doc thinks that one of my big problems is PTSD.

perserverence it does pay off. Job well done...
