learned to do things mindfully, slow easy steps, controlled breathing. This does help.

I also limit myself.
This am 15 mins in garden with a 5 min rest in the middle. Online here 45min. effecting my eyes. Need to rest soon..
Lots of water, I put lemon in mine a lot for electro lights.
I sit out side for 10min a day if I am to tired to walk for that amount of time. The fresh air and UV rays help.
Stay way from junk food, sugars, soda, try to eat whole foods, produce etc,,,, I love smoothies, I do veggies and fruit. They do help. You get a lot more in your systems that way.
