Embarrassing problem

Someone has been leaving dog crap on our front door. I don't know if it's a person or a dog. I stepped in it on the way out this morning. A horrible way to start the day. I don't know what else to say except I wish it would stop.

Ew! Sorry you are experiencing this. Bad enough when it gets stepped in by accident in someone's yard!

This has happened more than once? Can you get a security camera? Is this an apartment?

I use a product that deodorizes my yard, specifically made to remove dog potty odors.

I know pepper flakes and paprika discourage cats from using certain areas as litter boxes, perhaps it would work to discourage dogs if they are the actual 'dumpers'.
