Depression is an illness, just like any other chronic condition. Needs to be respected and treated as one.
Coping skills and medications together can balance your emotions and help reverse your negative thought patterns.
PLEASE call your doctor, let them know how bad you feel, get an appointment, be 100% honest. Try the medication, get it adjusted as needed, keep in close communication with the doc.
If you do not have a doctor, get one.
If needed, go to the ER or a crisis center. You are not thinking straight. You are worthy of care, the negative thought loops are NOT correct. You are NOT useless. You ARE loveable.
