Hi all,
I'm finding life really difficult at the moment, going back to work after a holiday, and its so tough. I feel very ignored and rejected at work, I don't have a lot of friends there.
I havn't been in a relationship before and the loneliness really sucks sometimes also.
I also take a low dose of antipsychotics, this can sometimes be a hinderance as I can't follow conversations sometimes.
Does any one have any advice for being postive and lifting depression?
