I have been taking ADs for several years: 150 mg Wellbutrin, 75 mg Lyrica and 60 mg Cymbalta
Twice I attempted to quit the ADs and twice I failed. I have been on my normal dosage of these meds for more than a year.
Recently - the past few weeks or so - I've noticed that I am struggling with intense fatigue. I'm sleeping lots, but waking up exhausted, and the rest of the day I have to force myself to do anything. Coffee is now ineffectual. I am eating well and my 'plumbing' is working adequately.

Could there be a bad batch of Cymbalta to blame for this? I've not had this symptom before..

Have you had a physical lately? Just to check on general things? It may also be time for a med change as the 'standard' dose doesn't always do the whole job after a while. I hope you can get this figured out soon and start to get good rest and feel better again.

Have your blood work done, thyroid checked, etc. You might be low on iron or Vit B or something simple like that.

Or it could be the change in seasons; a depressive episode or meds need a tweek.

Talk with your doc openly about how you feel.

Cymbalta made me fatigued all time .

But it's a good med.

Try to switch to a different med and ask doc about it.
