Some studies indicate that 'depression' is LESS this time of year. My theory is that this is do to so many people excited over gifts, shopping, cooking etc..
If you are like me and find this time of year one of your darkest battles I want to tell you IT WILL PASS. Use your skills, seek help, talk to people.
Once thing that always gets me though hour to hour, day to day is this:
Put your right hand over you left chest, on the skin. Silently count 6 heart beats. Take a deep breath. THIS IS YOUR PURPOSE IN LIFE.
Your heart does not beat just because; there is a reason. There is a purpose.
