I take escitalopram 20mg. I almost took 2 of the pill on accident on several occasions. What would happen if I accidentally took 2? Would I be okay or would I need to get help. Like what are the side effects

You posted in Anxiety and you will find no help here either. This is not your med. This is your mother's med. Please go and get help for yourself. Please also do not take anymore. You don't know what these can do to you.

How could you almost take two on several occasions? These meds are made to build up in your system gradually. It takes six to eight weeks. One pill here and there isn't going to help, neither is two. Go to a doctor and get your own medication. Don't take your mother's anymore.
