Ordered a MOB Dress in October, Called on the 10th of January, Dress was not in, finally the store got it this week, go to try it on it's the wrong color, So very disappointed. Left the store immediately without the dress as the manager was not coming by, It's supposed to be a blue dress to match my sapphire necklace and it's purple. Granted a blue purple but did not match my necklace and I did not like the dress. I tried on a similar dress in October same color blue I ordered and wow this is no where near that blue at all, then I go onto the manufacturers site and the blue color had been changed and another blue added which is what the color should've been.So kind of like a bait and switch game on the color and I'm mad and disappointed!
I'm willing to try to resolve this now thru the BBB, I can't afford another dress. Or a tanzanite necklace that would be needed to go with this dress and what's more insulting is the consultants kept telling me it went with the necklace, really, gosh, I'm the one with macular degeneration and could clearly tell sapphire did not go with this dress. Purple and dark blue do not go together.
Now will have to wait until Monday. Really needed this to go good today. So a 3 month plus wait and this aggravation...so hard...Hate when they change colors and then expect you to know...
Plus they never showed me the color swatches in October that they were showing me today!
