Hi Cass, Karen, Jamie, Trina, everyone.

Visited the dentist to get some fillings done yesterday. Seems like I will have to be removing at least one wisdom teeth this year. Part of him is above the gums and he's growing inwards and causing pain. Will have to get an x-ray for that soon.

Just got new that a co-workers brother passed away. They are suspecting heart-attack since he had heart complications. I don't know him personally, but the co-worker talk about him frequently with me. I am just remembering my dad. This guy was young - somewhere in his late 20's or early 30's.
I'm off to try to get some sleep.

Warm here today. Sunlight has been good for me. I believe that I have had a strong break through where my anxiety is concerned. I think that it is my mania episodes. I haven't had a true manic episode in a while and about the time I stopped having them, I got anxiety at its worst. I will ask my doc about it. I am also pre menopausal so that may play a role in it as well. I will talk to doc and therapist as well. I believe that the former has more to with it than the later though. Have a good one everyone.

Last night was a very good night for me and so is today. I napped and did not shake upon waking! I made a major break through and I will be sharing it with docs and the like to get in put on it. I also gave a lot of self changes to make as well. I am in a better spot and need to stay here.

Karen- I hope that everyone is coming into spring in a better space. Stay warm.

Jamie- Stay strong hun, it will be better tomorrow.

Pushing through. "Burned" the day on Monday...broke my rules, stayed in pajamas, went back to bed.
Yesterday I made myself get dressed and go to the store. Got some paint for the kitchen, some under the cabinet lights and something good for dinner.

Installed the lights and now I'm hurting like crazy! But I really like the extra light in the kitchen!

Paint prep today. Going to be interesting with all of the cats in the house because of the cold weather!

hey andy. hey everyone. I am pushing hard tonight to just not jump back in bed. so, got tunes, sent an e-mail or two. very sad. keep pushing I will.

Oh Joyce! So sorry to hear of the difficulties. There are door alarms you can have put in, they are simple to install, that will alert you if the door is opened. I saw them in the aisle in Walmart where the electrical things are, smoke alarms and such.

We almost had to get them because my grandson started sleepwalking when he was a toddler. I woke to hearing him crying...he was outside in the street! We were lucky in the sense that the baby gate fit the doorway and that was enough to keep him in. Trailer door locks automatically open from the inside when the knob is turned...it's a 'safety' thing in case of fire, so just locking the door wasn't enough!

So glad he returned home!
