Upping dosage

I have been taking Zoloft for a long time and it worked great the last couple of weeks I have spiraled into depression doctor upped script by half a pill I wa taking the lowest dose anybody else have success with this?

Sometimes i am me (HT)...

hi and welcome. meds are trial and error, good move on the increase. 6-8 weeks it takes for the full efficacy to kick in. I would give it that time, then reassess. welcome. great info and support here. keep strong.

It does take 6-8 weeks for a medication change to fully take effect. Be present and supportive of yourself, and work to build coping mechanisms. If there is little to no change within a month, start the process with your doctor to see about a medicine change.
