I take Ambien at night to sleep 10 mgs can't seem to stay asleep he upped my dosage of Zoloft to 150 mgs on Friday it's Tuesday and I'm still stuck is it ok to take 2 Ambien instead of 1 anyone know?

That is a question for your doctor. When I took ambien, I could take a half every other night and still sleep. It sticks with you for a long time. I would not recommend taking two. Learn meditation. It helps with sleep a lot.

Ask your doctor. I use Ambien. I had a hard time sleeping for the longest time, until I realized that the ambien was interfering with my tramadol, which I take for pain. Take the information you just gave us to the doctor. Taking more than prescribed is not the right thing to do. Remember Heath Ledger.

talk to your doctor.

I would try meditation and practice at it. Try guided meditations on your phone or ipad.

Ambien is dangerous even at 5mg. It was allowing me to sleep walk.
There are many serious side effects, DO NOT INCREASE with out talking to the doc.

Look into sleep hygene and meditation.

Ambien is a dangerous med .you cannot up dose by yourself.

Check with doc to give you something different.
