I feel like if I accept the fact that I feel bad then I won't feel "AS BAD". I had therapy and group today and both went well but I still feel fatigued. My psychiatrist increased my Pristiq, it's been 11 days but it doesn't seem to have helped. Several years ago I went to a Rheumatologist.. he ruled out Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia.. but I think i might go to the doc again and have them give me a second opinion.
I've always been told it's depression.. it comes and goes.. i just wish it would go for good. Hmm... guess I'm struggling with the acceptance thing.
:)

Hi Crispy,
I would get a second opinion too. Depression can cause fatigue, but so can other things. It wouldn't hurt to go to a rheumatologist.
Hugs, Karen...

I am doing okay. Better than usual. I hope it continues.
I hope you feel better soon. I know about
the fatigue. I hope you find out what is causing it.
Hugs, Karen...

Sometimes when we process depression and things associated, sleep is needed. Do not discount it.
