a new beginning

change is apart of life, and something that I always have had to face in life; albeit much wisdom has been gathered along the journey. so, I will soon be in a more prepared place of mind to reengage in my spiritual practice. my awareness has shown that to deplete thyself is to deplete others. my progression towards my passion is just one of humility. I am still here, still there-but from my heart is where I be and a rock, a cigar and maybe an electric guitar. I am partial to Ibanez!!! so, deb is deb, her path has much work, and until she finds herself, the journey is fruitless. I still have many an untraveled path to find, and not seek, for the winds of humanity steer me right.

I prefer Santana myself, however the message is the same.

I get the journey oh so well my friend. Remember, live is a train ride at this point, not a roller coaster. You are so much stronger for the knowledge, wiser by far then the younger self. Emotions can be welcomed and accepted, then let go, not held onto. They are only Fairies letting us know how thing are for the moment.

There is joy and light ahead, the is way Fairies glow and have sparkles.

in a depressive funk, sleeping in, but still doing the bare minimum, sometimes I am more productive, then the pain of the shoulders kicks me butt. my ph is off, and I don't care!! missed picking up me aspirin Saturday, do this in the morning. just so fatigued. take care all. ttys.

2 more family members to sort out we have, then we get to sort us out!!! bro doing well in srs, a tad sedated, but required. mum losing it, so we are sorting her and the other brother as well. me and two other sisters are going in hard because we need an expletive break, and won't get one till we have sorted them. mum has been sedated, I am ready to drink the bar dry. nocturia is the pits. am real sore as well. life is sucking at the moment, however got to soldier on.

I am sorry for your once again rough road here. I had thought these issues were settled for you. I misunderstood.

We are here for you in spirit and thought, sending good karma and healing vibes.

Remember to treat yourself to good care, can not take care of anything or anyone else if you do not take care of yourself.
