Im so miserable these days, Ive  been getting mad at the smallest thing and cry for the littlest reasons like jelousy.

I get mad that other people are happy and cheerful and im not.

I know this is not a nice thing to feel and I dont like it.

Is it normal to feel like this during a depression?

I just cant help it....

Hey sadgirl,

Yup. I remember one Doctor telling me that depression typically manifested in one of two ways. The first was being all weepy and stuff, the second was to get mad.

I always get the second.

Anecdotally, I've noted that people who work with the general public tend to really hate life when depressed, because the general public can be SOOO .... FREAKIN .... STOOPID.

As you get stuff under control, the urge to throttle everyone in your general vicinity will abate.

Yea, like seriously. I cant stand people . I dont even wanna talk to anyone. Im angry.

Im pissed at life for putting me through this. The rage is boiling.
People are so oblivious to how lucky they are sometimes.

O, so your bf is not talking to you. *** cares!
I have other issues going on, bigger than that. Survival issues.

Last time I was in Las Vegas I stopped at "Machine Gun Vegas", where I spent an arm, a leg, and my left *********** Some of those guns kicked like a mule, and the more they kicked, the better I felt. I was shooting at targets with zombie cutouts on them, and I blew the living crap out of 15 or 20 zombies.

Best rage reduction session EVAR!

I play my tunes loud, and I scream as loud as I can. I take one huge breath, have a real hardcore track on and scream as loud and as hard as I can till I am out of breath. or just walk and see if ya can spot something you have never noticed before, you will be amazed what you can see when ya look. I am vision impaired and even I get the odd surprise. good deviation is ice. straight from the freezer and into the hands for a few minutes. this one taught to me by trina. keep strong.
