so happy to see you post again!
I become flooded with memories, thoughts, audio memories.
Voices that you could swear the person is right next to you!
freaks me out.
I learned to wright done the crap. Just free writing what ever comes come. Usually more crap you joins, you might start connecting some dots from the past.
The next day read it. The right again on your feelings and emotions of the crap.
This works great for me. I ever draw little doodle, stick people, clouds, tornado's, people drowning.
All the scribbles are usually done on the second day when you are getting in touch with your body. What you are feeling; then writing it down.
Don't hold back!
