Where do I go from here

I'm still participating in the partial hospitalization program. I told my therapy group about my past trauma's growing up and afterward I kind of freaked out. I was afraid they were judging me, thinking that I was at fault for things that had happened to me but it turned out they weren't or at least that is what they told me.

So I got a bunch of stuff out, then freaked out, then went through several bad days of anxiety. Now I'm feeling so-so. I'm wondering if so-so is as good as it gets? If so, is it worth it?

Try listening to music. I find it relaxes me. But if that's not an interest to you, maybe take up art or gaming.
