at present I am, as what my shrink confirms as relatively stable. he said at the last lecture that I am ready for some work. I must write to him to gauge when the peer work is being set up. I am real glad to be back in my house / home, been here awhile, and I kinda like the ol' girl!!! I am just taking things as they present. mum and the boys are no longer my priority. time for the turtle!!! am looking at changing my gp, a new clinic has just opened. I got tunes going. been and done some shopping today, it was good to get out and chose some stuff. I no longer use the mirtazapine at night, nearly a month, am sleeping some, be it ad-hoc and chaotic, but I am retraining my thick brain. Monday got me endo and gp. interested to find out ct-scan results. burnt some incense today, good for brain cleansing, mine needs and industrial pressure job!!! I am managing the anxiety and my chaos in an okay fashion. be good. still posting here and there, but not as much as I once did. I still think of you all though.

Glad things are looking up for you, Jamie. You've had a hard road to plow...but you've worked hard, and it's getting better.

not much kip, still itchin'. laundry done, sis done some shopping for me, she was shocked when she looked in my fridge and cupboard. she knew, because she seen how much I have used with my debit card. her car playin' up, said get it fixed, so gave her the expletive card, I mean she got work, mum etc. and she does my shopping as well. my bro has been playing up at srs, sis will take me when car is sorted. it is far, will get bus back. he is not my problem, but will give him a few words and spend some time, he bored and stuff, I get it. been there, at least he is getting visitors!!! washing on the line, will make bed have a feed and lights out. be good, or really bad at being good!!!

a bit of a rough period at the moment. being a good member and saving admins space by using the thread. feel lost and hurt. I am tired of life, it is very draining and taxing at the moment. just in existing phase. boo. thought some rest would help, maybe I need more. I know I am no good when I get grumpy....oh well, at least I am honest. still doin' the basics, so that is a positive. keep strong.
