In this case, it's a local garden (well, about
70 miles away) that has lots of ponds planted with a number of varieties of water lilies, and it's the time of year where they are all in bloom. In addition, they are having an artists market & french festival. Heck, here's the link:
www.gibbsgardens.com/event/monet-waterlily-festival/ - wander around on the site and you can find photos of many of the water lilies.
My day improved when I noticed in the fine print that the festival continues next weekend! I've visited the garden at other times of the year, but not in water lily season - looking forward to it.
My day also improved when I ate breakfast/lunch (at about
1:30). The problem with trying to watch what I eat (at least for me) is that nothing strikes me for breakfast - so I wait too long to eat, and then of course I eat the wrong things. For 35 years I had a breakfast bar & a coke in the morning -- cooking eggs seems very foreign and like a waste of time!
Joy - I hate that the tooth socket is still troubling you. I remember years ago my mother had a similar issue, of course while we were on vacation, where the socket gave her much more trouble than the bad tooth had done! Hope they can get you fixed up soonest.
