The partial program I'm in has helped me a lot. It will be ending soon which makes me a little sad (okay, really sad). I'm afraid I won't be able to hold it together without the support. I feel sad now but not nearly as bad as I was before. In the meantime I've come to realize what a mess I've made of my life and I have no one to blame but myself. I'm stuck in my house because of financial reasons, and I need to have my obnoxious roommates to help me make the payments.

I'm having trouble with my boyfriend who lives with me. I'm not sure where to go with that. If he leaves his son and daughter in law leave as they are renters here, so I would be losing a lot of money. Everything seems a little confusing right now but I don't feel like giving up anymore.

Writing good, helps organize your thoughts and get the bull.... out of your head.

One thing to ponder, no decisions need to be made now.

You can talk to a real estate agent and find one that handles rentals. You may find one that handles spit rentals.
When we used one to rent out our condo we had to pay them the first months rent as commission. Not bad considering it could have stood empty for months.

You can interview people and see if you find a match. If you do through boyfriend, son and wife out on their butts! Not your circus, not your monkeys to feed.

We all make mistakes, continue to do so here. However, we CAN move on from them. Learn to ask for the right help, find out how to do things that we don't know about, a better way. Hard for me.

Your life is very fixable, and it won't happen over night. Just know that you are courage enough to start the process of finding out how, in baby steps.

Pretty good. Had a fun weekend with just the right combination of sloth and activity. My laptop/file bag fell apart this morning so Mrs. F27 has offered to go grab me a new one.

New things are fun. Especially new things that are surprises.
