I know how you feel Lynnwood. I had two streets messed up on me. I am on a corner. The side street was always "wright" street. They put up street signs, now it is "wight". Whatever that spells. The main street was always "ausable" street, now it is N. Old 27. I have to get everything changed on bills, and checking account. If I use the old names they can't find me. So I have to get use to the new ones. The average person probably wouldn't have a problem with that, but with my brain, it is still hard to get use to.
I did however do a "bundle" with my phone, internet and cable so that covers three areas of knowing where I am and that I do exist. Ha!

Now where is that morphine cognac sauce for the ice cream? Ha!

Jamie, you are not a "nothing". You are a "something". Something special. Never forget that!

Happy Birthday, Pitmom. My mother has been gone 29 years, and my first birthday after she died my father forgot my birthday. Made me grow up fast, I guess. Hope your day got better as it went on. If not, just start over and declare tomorrow your birthday - at least it's a Saturday!

I am totally buzzing from Synthroid. So this is what it feels like to have energy.

Excuse me, I have to go walk for a mile or so.

I gotta tell you Karen, feeling this way is pretty cool. I actually feel like I could go to the gym again without falling asleep on the treadmill.

Thank you all for the birthday wishes.

Friday evening my daughter picked up my grand daughter so I could have a little 'grandma time' with her on my birthday.

Saturday was wonderful. We went to Sandy Hook and collected some more sea glass and stones that were so smooth from being in the ocean. The weather was perfect! Then a good dinner out and a relaxing evening back at home.

Sunday was shopping. Jackpot! I've been looking for a Nativity Scene to display outside at Christmas time and we found a nice large lighted one with the 'family' and the wise men, too! It's a good size AND lighted!

Got together with my book study group this morning and then home to enjoy the warm sunshine.

Really nice couple of days.

Now, for HT...You are NOT nothing! You, my friend, are one of the people I look forward to seeing here at HW. The way you are always there for us and for your family..........that's NOT nothing! No way! You are definitely SOMETHING! Something pretty darn special! You are one loved and appreciated turtle!

Hello everybody.

Using my coping skill of reading Bloom County by Berkeley Breathed. Makes me laugh and connects me, makes me feel that I am not alone in my feelings. Takes me back to the 1980's when I was happy ALL, well most of the time. Landed a great job because I knew who Opus was.

Joyce this is especially for you. Everyone, I hope this gives you a laugh out loud giggle, as it did me. Does every time.
