CAL,
I did not say that sharing your experience and knowledge was a bad thing.
I am sure someone, perhaps one of the members that do not post, but read, may benefit from this, you never know.
However, it crossed the line of judgement when you stated:
" My wellness tells the story, not your misguided opinion."
We all have different views and what works for us.
" I am cured, and have been for two years. Pinpoint elimination of an allergen and low dose lithium saved my life and I am as normal as the most stable person out there."
There actually is no 'normal' out in the world. No one is a 'cookie-cutter' copy. Most people with depression do not get help, they just stuff the feeling and self medicate with alcohol, work, otc meds, etc...
I now this, because for 28yrs I was a workacohlic and I drink, alot on days off. I have been inpatient 5 times. You meet and talk to a lot of people.
"My wellness is not a view,it's an empirical fact.
this may be, does not mean it would be for someone else.
You mean well and it is so appreciated, just served in a rough format.
I do hope you decide to stay as a member.
Peace
Trina
