Sunny,
Welcome, I see hope in your Soul from your choice of member name.
As you know drinking with meds is a disaster waiting to happen. I hope you have told your doc that you are an alcoholic so they can help you properly.
Sunny, I am going to suggest something. There is no such things as "can not be helped". A person can heal if they choose to what help. I am going to give you links to programs non-regligous based. If, and I hope with all my heart to do, find one; then propose a deal with your partner.
"I dry out, you get help for your hoarding, we BOTH go to therapy. Together of apart. "
I would like you to know that in the United States, which it sounds like where you live, there are so many options for addiction recovery it is mind boggling and a little disheartening for those of us that suffer from trauma, PTSD and unknown depression factors.
I hope to take advantage of the opportunities. Also, hoarding is a addiction.
