sore, complex, fog.

the turtle is a bit expletive........neck, skull pain, bad. massive brain fog. 1st day of spring has sprung with a nice day. a bit complex atm. keep strong my friends.

still kickin'..........making a doc appt for, hopefully a good doc. lamo levels were 5, = minimum, am increasing as per shrinks orders. tghx my friends.

head very sore. think i need to see me eye man, been awhile. have appt monday morning with a new qwack. recommended. start fresh. body real sore too, i can handle pain, but this is different. med increase has made me crook i think, plus i have some stress. not helping the head. arthritis in hands......boo. i am too fat, doing things i get puffed out easy. a bit demoralising. found a job at a uni, in the city burbs. peer support, lived experience to support research team for an app to help peeps with schizophrenia. i only have a part degree, it is full time as well. 1 yr term.....hmmm. i will read up on it later.
mum is in transitional rehab. we got the team on mums housing. they got hooks in the system. sis is getting mum off old lease.

i visited me sis and her partner last week, over the w/e. looks like they got a shop for their business. i seen it. nice location, funky area, perfect for what they do. apparently a few hurdles, but i think they are in, they have been running it from home for many yrs. dropped in on bro, we will take him next week, and sis will pick up other bro on the way.
