Hi. Today I am in a vague hue, and feel very fuzzy in me head. It came about after my neck was screaming in pain. Feel light...sugars fine. It seems like a disoriented process. Think I will lay back down.

The memory business not good. Can't get words out or my usual sharp responses on things out. Oh well. HT.

I hope you feel better soon Jamie. If not, make sure you call the doc about it. It could be from your neck pain but it is hard to say. Don't let it go on long.

If you are having neck pain it might be that the blood vessels to the head (up the back of the neck) are constricted in some way. That odd feeling in the head can also occur when my shoulders are EXTREMELY tight and pulled "up to my ears". It can usually be put right by a chiropractor. If you "don't believe" in chiropractors or don't have access, I might suggest this:

Lay flat on the floor on your back for a bit, till you feel a bit of relaxation. Then place a rolled up towel (large towel, rolled so it's about 6-8 inches around and about 3 ft long) under your shoulders as far up as you can go and still have it under your shoulders. This will drop you head a bit back. Lay there till you feel the neck loosen a bit. This also can be done on a massage table where the massage therapist is holding the weight of your head.

Thx guys. It is a soft spinal cord, two types of arthritis and a minor CSF leak. Yep wrecks the shoulders..of which one has calcified tendons. HT

I am starting to get a glimpse of that arena you go to. 1/21/19 I get an epidural in my neck, c4 and c5
so much arthritis the nodules are pressing on the nerves and bone degeneration has advanced faster than projected.

Still there is hope right? I will be wearing a traction collar for awhile. then just 1hr before bed.

And I move on and now I am finding more joy in live than I can remember.

slow and stead wins the race even is we are in scooters!

The stiff upper bladder neck went haywire last few days. Peeing every thirty seconds at one point...and no sleep for two days. Stopped Lyrica...was getting way too loopy on it...and it useless.

Doc cancelled last week. Hope to get some sleep. Pls. HT.

I agree Lyrica is trash. I was on it when it first came out went up to 600mg. Nothing for my nerve pain in my head and shoulders

I can understand you pain mate. So much, so frustrating, who and how can the the pain be managed?

I get the fog and the babble, hate it when that happens. But like with my deafness, I am learning to fake it. So tired of talking about my troubles to anyone I in the the company of.

Thx friends. Yep fog loopiness much better; can manage the regular loopiness bladder improved. Got dr tomoz. here hot. Over the 100 in American lingo... over forty in ours.

pH cracked a wobbly and I could not have me vid chat with shrink. Got a few mins on pH...he was happy I dropped the loopy Lyrica, and that I have halved the Lamictal the last few days...better for it.

Await pH assessment When???? Shrink said he had to lean on em hard for the approval...and was dumbfounded and mistifyed by it. He said he has many a patient approved on much less. He asserted I push for as much as I can get. He said he threatened them with an official complaint.

Sis from Canada is visiting. Sis and I go to other sis house for lunch Sunday. ☮️ to all.

Ask your doc if s traction collar would would give you any relief, if worn a couple hours a day.

The collar gently lifts the head off the neck, reducing pressure. Does reduce my pain a bit.

I use soft collar. Thx my friends. Reboot pH ..err had to reinstall stacks. Keep passwords and stuff in hidden spot font size much better, so bonus.

I ain't good. Probably the wrong time for the Lamictal reduction, however the saturation was getting to me.

I said to my mate, it ain't all bad as this is signalling what I need. Think some more suffering will be good for me.

The realisation of my Reliance on meds has really got to me tonight. Sick of sickness. Going back to bed. Still doing the basics, however in a confused depressed state. I will go back up if I not improve in a couple more days.

Have to try. Otherwise stay trapped like a hamster and the wheel going around and around. HT

Doing better. Bladder well....
Resumed meditation last few days. Did some NDIS planning with me mate, he a NDIS client and his wisdom has been invaluable. My ace up me sleeve. Keep strong my friends. HT
