When I’m alone (Writing)

I calm the mind....

I am free, from the burdens of intrinsic and external pain.

I do....instead of dwell. I mindfully walk, watch the birds, put water out for the animals.

I meditate....I post and do welfare checks on people. I play music. HT

I am never truly alone.
Physically yes.
I have a connectivity to friends in many places in this world
Meditation increases this through faith and compassion.
Unconditional love from my dogs encourages me to get up on sadder days.
Walk outside and see nature wherever you are.
We are never alone.
Peace

When I am alone I feel a morbid sense of independence and fear.
I understand that I am my only true companion, and that I always will be ultimately alone, and that scares me.
No one can make my decisions for me, and it is my own choices that will either make or break me
