I successfully stopped zoloft

I'm glad you were able to taper off the Zoloft, hopefully with minimal side effects. I remember years ago, before anyone really knew about antidepressant withdrawal, I stopped Effexor cold turkey. Of course, I had all kinds of weird symptoms and wound up getting a brain MRI which showed some sort of vein malformation which meant I had to see a neurologist and get another MRI (all fine, thank goodness)

Are you getting any exercise to boost your natural antidepressants? I find it is really helpful.

I know for me I needed to be on zoloft for a few weeks for it to fully kick in.

Not doing exercise as I'm in between surgeries. Maybe once recovered I can finally think about it.

The John's Wort is actually really helping and helping fast. I'll stick with it. Before I was on birth control and immunosuppressive meds which would have interacted with the John's wort but after my first surgery I weaned myself off of all medications and I haven't taken birth control in years (I have a copper iud <3). I realized I can finally give it a go. I'm so glad I did!
