Struggle a bit

Struggle it has been. Just a tad over existence....pain life sleep nocturia.
Just the turtle having his annual whinge!!!
And maybe a little overwhelmed. A mate thought this. Correct.
Still functioning....kicking and screaming. Lol.
Fires in Victoria and New have put a damper on me. I put in a donation via me bank.
Sis been struggling financially, been helping. Support worker is back Mon. Great.
Next carpal in a couple of months, urology referral in and some tests redone.
Meeting new funding person next Fri. Me support co ordinator attending. And of the month annual
Feet check. Podiatrist. Got gp Tues for bits n pieces. HT

Glad you came on and spoke some.

Life never seems to be the wonder we saw it as, when young. Weighed down with necessities of health and compassion.

Yesterday after meditation and stillness [which is ever so much easier. Now that my hearing aids are broke LOL] I found a flicking ember of adventure, day dreaming of a road trip.

So, I say this. Don't day dream, if you can fly, then fly. Go where you want, see, be the adventure.

Hi Jamie. For as long as I have known you, you have always had a lot going on that you have had to struggle through and deal with. Its easy to get overwhelmed and tired from it all, and not actually realize that its effecting you, your energy and your moods until it is too late. I've been going through exactly the same thing myself. And its great that we have such good friends to help us know how and why we are feeling as we are.

It sounds like you have more support these days, and I'm hoping im right on that. You are one of the strongest people I know. You always pull yourself up, dust yourself off and make yourself keep going no matter how hard it feels for you. I really admire that. And for what its worth, you are definitely not alone. You have been a great example to learn from.

I hope the support animal comes through for you. Wasn't ;your prior dog named Buttons? It sounds like this would be really good for you. Hang in there! Cass

Hello Jamie, so sorry you are struggling with those nasty thoughts. They seem to be hounding a lot of people these days. Not that it should make you feel any better about them, you are in good company.

I know you have the skills to fight them and I know you are a warrior, tough and true to fend them off!

Been hectic. Need to detach from ph and tablet. Non stop all week...meetings arrangments...research...planning for next funding round. Will update with some stuff i am looking into.
