Hello everyone
With Spring just around the corner I figured I would look up some good reminders of daily actions we can do to keep ourselves calm and strong in our daily lives.
And today just as I was opening my email this one was right there I did not have to search!
This is one of my favorites. I work with it walking my dog or barefoot on the patio.
