And are we all doing the things we need to? Walking, some vitamin d, less isolation, eating borderline okay
and keeping connected? Our medical people are very important to us, so remember this.
We can not live in a bubble, even in these times, to do so is more detrimental. Depending on health advice etc.
Today i donated my paintings to one of my excellent service providers. Went to the garden plot and picked a stack,
weeded and watered, was good activity. Went on the bus for some needed supplies. The bus driver laughed his head off, i was wearing my red, leather face Texas Chainsaw Massacre t shirt, it has leather face in his mad last chasing
seen manically throwing about the chainsaw, inlayed in the middle it reads, FREE HUGS!
The turtle bought this for himself at xmas time. Been doing walking laps, and spa, next week sauna. For the ones here with achy bodies and fogged brains, it is really a good thing.
Keep connected. Keep talking with ya dr and the animals, i am turtle, it's okay! Do something different,
this helps break negating chains that form around us. Try using your non dominant hand for things, it is a
trip. The brain gets puzzeled, breaks up the cognitive usual processes.
Oh, 3 months or so, no sugar in coffee. Was raw and minimal, but i have ditched it, but not coffee! Being a work in progress is much better than the same old same old.
Continued positives to you all. HT
