My ex has Ms and she’s telling everyone that I wasn’t helping her and that I was just using her because of her disability and we were together almost 4years

I feel your pain 30 yr marriage.
Husband said he didn't sign on for a sick wife
Gone

One day at a time is best way I know to get through the raw time

Supportive friends help
Talking to someone unbiased like a Rev. Pastor. Or therapist

Exercise. Definate help
Get the endorphins going. I have a speed bag in garage I use when I am able.

Do things that make you feel good.
Outside of partying.
Keep posting here.
Its slow now but it picks up.

Remember you can't control what other people do. Think and react. You can only control yourself.

Never understood(I do now)depression and the Holidays sometimes go hand and hand but they can. Hope things workout.
