I started on 100mg a day then went up to 200mg after 3 months or so. I think I lost about
15 pounds or so...it was a while ago so it is difficult to remember. I now take 125mg and have been on it for 5 yrs and there is not anymore weight loss from it.
I do recall when I first started it I had a difficult time remembering to eat...the day would go by and at 5 or 6 I would be like "oh, I forgot to eat today" but after a few months on it that went away.
