I can go there and roll my self around the mall doing some shopping or just looking on a hot summer day or other nasty weather without having to worry about getting my wheelchair up or down some curb where there isn't a curb cut or having somebodys yapping talk chase me down the street. I don't think most dogs know what to think of someone in a wheelchair. There is one in my neighborhood that used to pester me everytime I woul go down to the park at the end of my street. One time he even lifted his leg and pee'ed on the side of my wheelchair. Fortunatly I saw the dogs owner and confronted her about what he had done. She did take responsibilty for what he had done and washed of my wheelchair with soap and water before I went back home. Next time I went past her house the dog was chained to a pole instead of running loose.
