Making Adirondack Chairs in my spare time. Its actually interesting. Gives me something to do also.

Welcome back.  It's been awhile.  How's the blood sugar been?   I love Adirondack chairs.  I went to school in the Catskills but that's not where I remember them from.  We had them out on Long Island!  That's a great way to spend your time!

Hey Lanie,

Since I have not been working it has gotten better. My previous A1C was 9.0 while working. My latest, since I am better able to test more often and eat better was 7.4. Doc said he is happy with that.

He did a full panel on me and everything else in normal range so far. Barely in norm range on a couple, but my kidneys are fine for now.

I'm glad the tests have gotten better!  Keep eating better and stay away from those carbs.  You'll see even better results in the blood sugar!
