the dyslecic diabetic

Hi my name is s_m, but you cane call me Crazy knees.

I am dyslecsic diabetic, i have spell check but prefer not to use it i also carry around my pancreas in my pants pocket, it's my novorapid flex pen its cool because it lives in the fridge when not in my pants and probably not as sticky as my dead pancreas was.

So what I try to do with my novo rapid insulin, lets call it my "pancre pen" for short is mimic what my pancrias would have done in its hay day. Eg it would have shot out little bursts of insulin to my body as needed somtimes 10 - 20 times a day.

Some diabetics only give themselves insulin once or twice a day, crazy!!! that means they eather have to use a realy slow acting insulin or a fast or both together and get the dose bang on for the entire day and live life like your in a bubble and eat and drink and exersize the same way every day for the rest of your life.......... Most people would find this kind of regement alittle to much, so there day to day changes but the insuline dose and frequency doesn't.
