There has been much interest recently in how applications on our smartphones and smart-pads
can help in self-management of disease, particularly diabetes.
You are invited to join in a research survey that will help create a new type of app for smart
phones and pads. This one will have patient-input in its design. It is intended to help people with
diabetes better manage their weight and their blood sugar as well as other types of medical issues
(e.g., blood pressure, cholesterol) "Participation is voluntary and anonymous.
We offer all participants who complete the survey the
chance to win a $50 Amazon gift
card. The survey is only
open to those who report they use a smart phone or smart pad and
are between the ages of 18 and 75.
