Ok good! I hope this puts your mind more at ease. Don't keep testing all day. Just test as the doctor said but still keep a food and blood sugar journal and write down if and when you have these odd feelings.
Stick to the eating plan and try to put this all behind you. Try to create some project with your son, some outdoor adventures, go to the library, build a fort with blankets
