Thank you so much, Jeanne, for the information. Since I posted this I looked up carbo-counting, also on the internet, and found out how many carbs are needed for a goal weight of 140 pounds. I've tried combining all the info that I know with this carbo-reduction, and my blood sugars have done a fantastic nosedive in just a couple of days. I agree on the big salad, and everything you said. I haven't tried bulgar wheat yet, but I do know about brown rice, etc. Again, thank you for your response. I appreciate it.
