Welcome to the Diabetes Forum, rpgdancer! I have not experienced this but I am concerned about
your blacking out. What tests has your doctor performed to diagnose reactive hypoglycemia? Do you take your own blood sugar so you know what your blood sugar is during those times?
If I were you, I would get another doctor and be re-evaluated. Maybe it's something else. Maybe it is reactive hypoglycemia, but either way you need some sort of proper diagnosis and treatment plan. I can't imagine living like this with the unknown!
