Since you have difficulty with allergies to medications because of your reactions, I suggest that you work on an eating plan with no carbs. Don't eat potatoes, rice or anything made with flour. Eat a decent portion of protein from beef, chicken, fish, etc. and lots of vegetables. This will get your blood sugar down to much better numbers. Then, whatever medication you take doesn't have to be a high dosage. This would lessen the possibility of a bad reaction.
Honestly, there's nothing else left for you to do to help yourself. Blood sugar control starts with you and the food you eat. I hope you can find the strength to get control! Good luck!
