Even though my body does not use up sugar very well, I must have a faster than average metabolism. I can eat a lot and I've always been hungery, but my past being athletic prob made me this way.
My high post meal high glucose is usually within an hour or less of eating, not 2.
Today, woke, Took fasting reading at 7 or 7:30, was 108.
At 8:30, I had a bannana and a lower suger gluten free grain bar(granola without granola), no food after.
1/2 hr later , 9 AM glucose reading was 178 (higher than I though it would be, your link says this is bad). This was right after stessed rush hour and some coffee, so that increases a little.
1.25 hrs later was 111
1.5 hrs later was 81 , went down quick, good I guess
2 hrs later was up to 93.
