Yes, you sure have that right Lanie. We really don't know what's in those bottles or any unexpected side effects.
Another lad knows my situations and mentioned to me, Ester-C. It's the same not knowing problem. He said some of his family lived to 90's and 100's. The ones who didn't use it, died in their 70's. I think his genes helped some of his folks also. Far as I can see, you can get the same minerals and vitamins from foods. Although, one would have to eat quite a quantity perhaps. My other friend said she'd rather live a good quality life rather than a longer life.
Agreed! Covid is awful. I wish we had never seen it. The fact that it will always be around is very sad. From what the news said, so many do not want the future vaccine. That is scary!
Depression and anxiety is certainly a big problem for people now. I don't know what they are going to do.
I haven't felt depressed or anxious. Just anxious when I'm on higher Pred. I truly hope that you find creative ways to keep yourself occupied, so you don't feel low. My hubby and I will be going to visit my Mom's house to see if it's still okay and stay there for a bit. My fav cousin and some friends live in the small town, so I can't wait to see them.
There's no Covid in the country there and my hubby and I have been tested when we were at the ED. We'll still stay safe, of course. Also, my puppy has been keeping me in good spirits. She's a cutie and a little rascal. There are many people adopting pets during this time. Hopefully, that new friend will cheer them up and give them a purpose.
Surely, that must be tough having kids at home constantly. We haven't seen our son, DIL and Grandboys. We miss them. They send pics and videos. The little one is trying his best to keep walking, though the falls are more than not.
Our daughter was over twice but we sat on the swing outside in the backyard and chatted while having some snacks and she sat on a chair. Couldn't kiss or hug, just made the gestures. It was good seeing her.
Have you seen your kids through this much? I hope so, even if they are not right beside you.
Stay Safe Lanie!!
