I just had a short spell of vertigo, with no other symptoms while making food. My pulse rate was 108, but is normal now and the dizziness is gone. My oxygen saturation level is good at 96.I drank some water and feel tired. I do not know if my blood sugar is too high or too low. It was 119 in my doctor's office yesterday I think, but they said it was good. I do not have the machine and testing strips. My blood pressure was 96/94 in my doctor's office yesterday, on the low side, but is usually good. What should I do if it happens again? Where can I get my blood sugar tested with such short notice? What I really need to know right now is, how do I know blood sugar caused it? I did not even have all the symptoms of high or low blood sugar. It happened suddenly. What can you do? If it happens again, I'll just call the ER and my doctor.
