You told glenninindy on 9-28-22:
"The fruit that I eat would be only blueberries, strawberries or raspberries and that would only be once a week. In fact, I might put a few on top of the dessert I just described above. Fruit has a lot of carbs so I don't eat most of it and certainly not a lot of what I do eat. You can get all the nutrition of fruit in colorful vegetables so not eating fruit is not going to make you deficient in vitamins."
I eat bananas on my cereal at night. I eat grapes on my cottage cheese when I'm not eating an apple on my cottage cheese.
I am in a race to eat all the fresh fruit that I bought a few days before at the supermarket before it goes bad.
When the fresh fruit runs out, I eat packaged fruit on my cereal, etc. When the packaged fruit runs out, I go back to the supermarket and buy some more fresh and packaged fruit. And now you say, it's all bad.
I'm glad you said that, but it does put a crimp in my diet. Perhaps, no wonder my blood sugar numbers are as high as they are. Now I did hear that fructose (fruit sugar) has as much sugar as regular sugar. But I decided not to believe it and now I'm hearing that I was wrong.
Back to the drawing board.
