Well, I've been getting 98's most every morning lately and I can't really understand why... Doesn't seem like I'm doing anything different but I must be because I used to wake up to 130's and 115's all the time. The only thing I can possibly pin this on is that I gave up chocolate for Lent...
Maybe I was overdoing the "One little piece a day" that I allowed myself... Don't know...
A good thing, though! Yesterday I was looking for a legitimate cheat that I could have for those times when I want to tear the house apart. I discovered gummy worms! They are fat free, very chewy (like rubberbands!) to satisfy my 'need for chewy', and they are very low carb. Plus! They actually have a bit of protein in them! They really did the trick. Just wanted to offer this as a possible try for those of you who sometimes need a little sweet that's not too awful bad for you.
