We've all heard all sorts of anecdotal information about

Thought I'd bump this up because it's really useful, though I'm not sure whether it's just aimed at type 2s or type 1s also. Worth a look though!

Warren....thanks for the tip. I've also found out that cherries are great for Gout as well. My Mom really suffers from Gout and cant take regular meds for it due to a kidney transplant. The cherries work great for her....red or the yellow ones. Worth a shot and they taste great!
