Had my glucose tolerance test this morning.

Hi all,  I had my bloods taken this morning at 9.30. I had to then drink 3 cartons of the most disgusting syrup drink, then return 2 hours later and have more bloods taken.

The previous fasting blood glucose was 6.5. Is this just slightly high? I should have the latest results in a few days and if it's okay i'll post then and let you know what they showed. Thanks

Hi, thanks for asking. I have to go back on Wednesday. I tried to get the results by phone but they wouldn't give me them without seeing the doctor. I would rather know now than worry all weekend but I guess I'll have to wait. I'll post again on Wednesday. Thanks x x

Oh, Lion... I hate that too! It's so hard to wait! I've been looking in my mailbox for a week for my test results... (they finally came today, of course on Saturday when the doctor's office is closed), and it's so stressful. Let us know,
